RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after your package is shipped to request a return. Please note, that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide an order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at streethousebrand@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how + where to send your package will be forwarded to you. Please note that your package must be returned at your own expense. We do not refund shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES

Each garment is individually inspected prior to shipment. Once the item has been shipped it cannot be returned as "damaged". Please read the product description before purchasing.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received + inspected your return. If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit value once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed once the returned item has been received.
